PH lab

The biology classes did a lab using purple cabbage juice as a ph indicator. What color did the cabbage juice turn when as acid was added to the juice? What color did the cabbage juice turn when a base was added to the juice?

  2. I learned that some products are more acidic then other and that when you add an acidic reactant it changes the whole product to a acidic

  3. I learned that things can change color baced on weather it is asitic or basic by mixing it with a nutrual substance (in our case it was cabbage solution) . I thought it was pretty cool.

  7. The lab stinked but I learned that milk can cause cabbage juice to change color when the bases mix Dustin Fritts p2 ;D

  8. The lab was pretty entertaining to be honest. But what I learned from the lab was that bases and acidic substances turn cabbage juice different colors :)

  9. I learned that if you add certain substances to cabbage juice it will chabge to a greenish color or a pinkish color depending on if its acidic or not.
