Cheerleading Alumni Night

(for all the parents that are HHS Alumni)

Dear Cobra Alumni Cheerleader,

We are excited to announce the First Cobra Alumni Cheerleading Night!  On October 14, 2011, we are inviting all alumni cheerleaders and coaches to come back to HHS and CHEER THE FIRST HALF of the football game with the cheerleaders.  It is a chance to get together with your friends, share memories, show your Cobra pride and have fun!

All that is required for participation is a small donation to help our organization and athletes.  By donating $25.00 or more you will get FREE admission to the game, a Cobra Alumni t-shirt, and a chance to cheer again!  Any donation amount is appreciated and accepted.  We are using 20 percent of our profits to award a deserving cheerleader a scholarship to a college or university presented during the Night of Excellence.  The remainder of the profits will be used for the HHS Cheerleading team to compete at STATE FINALS!

             While the sport of cheerleading is growing in the state of Florida the funds for competition is not.  The FHSAA has a new rule this year requiring every team wishing to compete at Florida State Finals to compete in four regular season competitions, plus Regional and State Finals, more than we have ever competed in during a season.  These competitions can be expensive, ranging from $200.00 per team to $75.00 per cheerleader.  Cheering at the State Finals competition is an honor and awesome experience we look forward to every year, but without your support we will not be able to attend the required competitions.  Please consider donating to this amazing team so we can achieve our goals and have the chance to compete at State Finals 2012.
